The Defense Logistics Agency has launched a four-part video series spotlighting how its workforce is applying artificial intelligence, debuting the first season of “Decision Advantage: The Human-AI Advantage” at a town hall screening last month.
The premiere episode, “Sea of Data,” examines how personnel team with AI to manage information overload, accelerate analysis, and translate findings into operational benefits. It outlines the limits of human processing amid an abundance of data and shows how machine-learning tools scan large datasets to surface patterns at speed.
Episode two, “Partnership,” underscores that the technology is intended to augment people, not replace them, with employees overseeing data flows, validating outputs, and maintaining responsibility for context and decisions.
The final two installments are scheduled for release on June 17 and July 1. Viewers can find additional context in the agency’s online digital strategy, and the videos are available through the Defense Visual Information Distribution Service and DLA’s website.
DLA manages key supply chains for the Defense Department, and the series highlights how human oversight combined with AI-driven analysis is being woven into that mission.
