Acting Secretary of the Navy Hung Cao has appointed Kahlil “KD” Warner as the Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Navy for Legislative Affairs, the department announced. Warner will serve within the Office of Legislative Affairs.
“In this role, he serves as the principal civilian advisor responsible for reviewing and coordinating timely, accurate responses to official correspondence, resolving constituent issues, and clarifying Department of the Navy policy on items of congressional interest,” the Navy said.
