KBR said May 4 it has won two task order modifications with a combined ceiling of $449 million under the U.S. Army’s Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) V, extending data-driven logistics support for Army operations in Europe and North America. The awards were issued by the Army Contracting Command to KBR’s Mission Technology Solutions division.
A $304 million modification will support U.S. European Command, the military’s Europe-based combatant command. KBR said it will use an AI-enabled, proprietary strategic asset management system to oversee mission-critical infrastructure, integrating data streams to provide intelligence and decision support. The scope also includes base operations support, food services, fire and emergency response, engineering and construction, and maintenance. The performance period runs from March 30, 2026, to March 29, 2027.
A separate $145 million modification covers maintenance, supply and logistics support at the Army’s National Training Center at Fort Irwin, California. The work supports brigade combat team readiness through multiple annual training rotations, with a performance period from March 12, 2026, to March 11, 2027.
LOGCAP is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contracting vehicle that enables the Army to rapidly augment its force structure and sustain operations from routine activities to contingencies and large-scale combat support. Through LOGCAP V, KBR provides scalable logistics and life-support services in North America and Europe.
“KBR’s continued execution under LOGCAP V reflects our ability to deliver reliable, mission-critical logistics at scale,” said Doug Hill, President, Readiness & Sustainment. “We are proud to remain The Team Behind the Mission®, working alongside the Army to ensure forces are trained, sustained and ready.”
KBR said its current LOGCAP V work builds on more than three decades of global contingency logistics and sustainment for the U.S. military. The company cites a broad supply chain, an agile workforce and operational expertise, and noted collaboration with host nations and joint partners to meet mission demands. KBR employs about 36,000 people worldwide, serves customers in more than 85 countries and has operations in over 28 countries.
