Rear Adm. Kevin Brown, commander of Naval Medical Forces Pacific, has relieved Capt. Mathew Loe as commanding officer of Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Lemoore, citing a loss of confidence in his ability to command. The action occurred Aug. 7, 2026, according to a Navy announcement.
NMRTC Lemoore provides medical care to sailors, Marines and military families at Naval Air Station Lemoore in California and supports readiness training for Navy medical personnel assigned to the installation and surrounding region.
