Pacific Partnership 2026 wraps up third mission stop in Dili, Timor-Leste

Pacific Partnership 2026 concluded its third mission stop in Dili, Timor-Leste, on Aug. 26, following a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Aug. 24, 2026, marking renovations at the Escola Básica Filial (EBF) Kasnafar.

At the event, Canadian Armed Forces Col. Alain Lafrenière, deputy mission commander of PP26, cut a ceremonial ribbon alongside Timor-Leste Defence Force (F-FDTL) Lt. Col. Laurentino Gusmao Adolzino; a representative from the Timor-Leste Ministry of Defense; Mr. Adolzino Jose Soares, a representative from the Timor-Leste Ministry of Education; and EBF Kasnafar principal Mr. Atanasio Marques.

The ceremony highlighted a PP26 engineering line of effort construction project at EBF Kasnafar in Dili.
